This is an opportunity to kick start a career within a very fast paced working environment, for this position you will have experience and/or qualifications in the disability field, a current driver’s licence, your own vehicle with comprehensive insurance and a current first aid certificate.

Human Resources Manager
NADO is a community-based Not for Profit, charitable organisation that supports people with disabilities, their families and carers in Western Sydney, including the Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains, Penrith and surrounding areas. We are a local organisation, supporting more than 500 people with a disability through individualised and group programs. With 200 dedicated staff, NADO is rich in knowledge and networks that have been forged over many years of service to and in collaboration with the community.
A Human Resources (HR) Manager position is available for an immediate start. Reporting to the CEO, the position forms part of the executive team and is therefore required to have skills and experience commensurate with a senior position within the company.
The successful applicant will have a successful track record across all generalist functions of HR. NADO is also seeking from the role, leadership in L&D and proven ability in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and compliance related functions.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or business related field.
* Minimum 5 year’s experience in a senior HR role
* Experience working within a human services industry
* High level verbal communication and staff motivation skills.
* High level writing skills and ability to interpret industry awards.
* Excellent leadership, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with CRM systems and produce relevant reports.
* Ability to oversee payroll functions.
